Find your family

We describe ourselves as a family, professing the conviction that all people need a good, glorious and divine God for a fulfilling life. Founded in 1968, the original members of San Pedro started in a teen dance hall near the San Antonio airfield. Land was purchased (pictured) - our campus has since expanded over many deer filled acres.

Our facilities at 14900 San Pedro Avenue are recently renovated and ready for new families. We are debt free, and we are large enough to support a full complement of ordained pastors and professional staff.

At San Pedro you will find humble people who believe God's love flows to us as a gift of grace. When you're ready, try our monthly Newcomers Luncheon (RSVP required - DETAILS). You can also sign up for our Senior Pastor's daily devotionals - HERE).

What to Expect

Expect sacred music, inspiring preaching from the Bible, and opportunities to respond in faith. We worship in a relaxed style as a family friendly church with resources for all ages - kids and students are excused for their own classes during the sermon. You'll find folks dressed up and dressed comfortably. Wear what works for your family.

Park in either the lot off 14900 San Pedro Avenue, or the lot off Turtle Rock Drive. Our beautiful, multi-acre campus is easy to find in north/central San Antonio.

Priorities

Kids & Families

We’re here to incite awe in the next generation of believers through laughter, questions, and discovery. Our goal is for kids to love Jesus and to love being in Christ's church. From birth to Senior High, we invest in young lives through our facilities and staff: our spaces are safe, fun and comfortable for all ages; our leaders hold degrees in education and childhood development.

Biblical Truth

San Pedro is a church rooted in the Reformed tradition. Our theology and faith practices emphasize the sovereignty of God, the election of believers for service and salvation, and the Word of God as the guiding principle for faith and life. Our pastors are ordained with master's degrees from accredited seminaries. Our Senior Pastor holds a doctorate degree.

Blessing our Community

We believe Christians are called to gather for worship and discipleship, then scatter for service and mission in God's creation. We nurture multiple opportunities for families and people of all ages to bless our San Antonio neighborhoods, larger city, and the world. We believe God calls us to generously share from our spiritual giftedness and material blessings.
